Hurricane damage

Some of the damage caused by Hurricane Harvey is difficult to imagine if you don't see it. Imagine that your house has water almost 4 feet high for over a week. Every item of clothing, appliances, furniture is destroyed, as well as substantial damage to the home. Even with 12 foot ceilings, we needed to do a 6 foot flood cut to remove water, and mold damaged drywall. The structural wood all had mold that needed to be cleaned as well. This is a 4,000SF house and the amount of work needed to reconstruct this home was extensive.
